This sophisticated Maison Christian Louboutin bag is crafted from a coated fabric featuring a multicoloured print set against a Magma orange background. The outer pocket is trimmed with hand-applied half-spheres and rhinestones set in metal circles for a retro style. Part of a capsule collection, it showcases the Gaagal fabric designed by First Nations Australian artist Otis Hope Carey depicting the spirit of the ocean (Gaagal in the Gumbaynggir language). To create the print, each colour is applied separately to cotton fabric, giving it the look and feel of a painting. A water repellent coating is then applied to ensure a durable finish.
