CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY – EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD

If you place an Online Order between 1st – 26th Dec, 2017, you have until 5th January, 2018 (Friday) to return. For orders placed after 26th Dec 2017, the normal 14 days Returns Policy applies.

Online Boutique will be closed from 23rd -26th Dec, 2017. Orders received during Christmas closure will start processing on 27th Dec,  2017, and shipping times can take slightly longer (1-2 days more), this doesn’t affect your rights to return your purchase – Returns period (14 days) shall start upon receipt and acceptance of goods.

• Orders placed on a weekday before cut-off time (3:00 pm GMT +8) will generally begin processing that day. 
• Orders received after cut-off time / on weekends & holidays (3:00 pm GMT+8) will process on the next business day.
